Fulbright CLAHS Faculty Information Session (zoom)

Each year, the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program offers diverse opportunities for U.S. academics, administrators and professionals to teach, research, conduct professional projects, and attend seminars abroad in over 135 countries.  Please join the CLAHS Fulbright Info Session if you are interested in learning more about the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program.    Speakers will include Virginia Tech Fulbright Scholar Liaison, Dr. Nicole Sanderlin, who will discuss award opportunities, the application and selection process, and recent Fulbright US Scholars from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences Dr. Jim Hawdon (Professor of Sociology), Dr. Andy Scerri (Associate Professor of Political Science), and Dr. Farida Jalalzai (Professor of Political Science) will talk about their experiences.
